The September 21st 2007 concert will be raising funds for Furaha Children. (www.furahachildren.org): an under-funded orphanage in Tanzania, Africa, with over 60 children. I am very happy to be working with with this organization, begun this year by a dear friend. Visit the site for more information, and also to see the kids' adorable faces!

The organization that we will be taking donations for at the April 7th 2006 concert is Invisible Children Inc. This organization helps the children caught in the war in Northern Uganda, who are without homes, food, health care, access to education and must constantly hide from the ultra-violent rebel army that forces those as young as five into their ranks. I feel privileged to be a part of raising funds and promoting awareness about this profound injustice.
